Where do I upload my artwork?
Open an eligible merchandise product and choose the personalise option. You will be able to upload your image or add text inside the personalisation window before adding the item to your cart.
Can I see my design before I buy?
Yes. Eligible personalised products can show a live mockup preview so you can check the artwork placement before saving your design and checking out.
Is merchandise available for same-day collection?
No. This merchandise range is printed to order and fulfilled separately from Adelphi Graphics' same-day London print service. Delivery times are shown separately for the merchandise range.
Can I order just one item?
Yes, where the selected product is offered with no minimum quantity. You can also order multiples by changing the quantity before checkout.
What if my artwork needs help?
Contact Adelphi Graphics before ordering if you need artwork setup, background removal, design changes or a more bespoke print solution.
